SHIPPING OPTIONS

Entuma orders are shipped Free to locations within the USA at this point.  We will be offering shipping to locations globally soon.

USPS First Class Mail

Most orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail are processed and shipped in 1 – 2 business days, depending on product availability.

• Most Standard orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the order’s ship date.
• Please note that delivery for some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.

Exchanges

• We do not currently accept exchanges

Return Policy

We are shocked things didn’t work out for you. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that have not been worn. The date of purchase can be found on the packing slip that came with your order. All items must be in original packaging.

Here’s the deal.  You can’t return anything that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 3 days of your order’s purchase date. A refund for the price difference will be issued in the form of online store credit.

Returns

Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
